Since our founding in 2019, The Integrated Wellness Center has been dedicated to providing high-quality psychiatric mental health care to residents of Sumter and across the beautiful state of South Carolina.

Our philosophy is that optimal health and performance can be attained through the proper balance of exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, and education. Psychotherapy in conjunction with psychopharmacology has proven to improve patient outcomes.
